The Bible is called the Easy Reading Family Bible and has been developed by Bible Society Australia in partnership with the national Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Ministry (ATSIM) team.

The Bible is the Contemporary English Version (CEV) and is in large print, a request from the Aboriginal community. It features dynamic colour illustrations, with artwork produced by the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
